LEARN FROM INDUSTRY LEADERS
Our apprenticeships span across many sectors within the business including Service, Parts, Sales and Administration.
Each year we take on a number of service technician apprentices to work within our agriculture and turf machinery departments at each of our sites across the South. Our apprentices attend college regularly over a period of 3 years, whilst gaining hands-on experience within our workshops.
DEVELOP KEY EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS
Each apprentice is assigned an experienced mentor who will assist them with their learning. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the qualification awarded is Land-based Service Engineering Technician Level 3.
We look for candidates who are passionate about the industry, who are keen to learn and committed to completing the three years of training.
