DELIVERY & RETURNS
This Delivery & Returns Policy, as laid out, pertains to the Hunt Forest Group Online Shop only.
At current we can only offer an in-store collection of goods at Hunt Forest Group branches throughout the South and Southwest of England unless stated otherwise. For full details of our branch locations please visit our Contact page.
If you require your item to be delivered, please contact shop@huntforest.com for a delivery cost estimate.
Collection from our Isle of Wight branch may incur delays due to stock availability. Collection is usually expected within 2-3 working days* when dispatched from one of our mainland branches.
*Please note, that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay issues beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions and courier delays.
Shipping
All prices include VAT.
Lawn Tractors
We currently offer free delivery on any Lawn Tractor purchase within a 25-mile radius of a Hunt Forest Group branch. If you require your item to be delivered outside of this radius, please contact shop@huntforest.com for a delivery cost estimate. A sales team member will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
Any additional items purchased with your machinery can be delivered free of charge alongside the Lawn Tractor.
Automowers
Automowers can be collected at your local branch, or if installation is required, can be delivered free of charge within a 25-mile radius of a Hunt Forest Group branch. If you require your item to be delivered and installed outside of this radius, please contact shop@huntforest.com for a delivery cost estimate. A sales team member will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
All Other Items
All other items are only available for in-store collection.

Timescales
Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days from the time of order. Machinery delivery times may vary, you will receive an email or call from our team to arrange a convenient delivery date within 2 working days from placing your order.
We ship Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time.
Collection orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Thursday should be ready for collection from your preferred branch within 48 hours*, you will be notified by a member of our team when your order is ready for collection. This enables the team Hunt Forest Group to ensure your order is assembled and ready for collection.
Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend may not be available for collection at your chosen branch until the following Tuesday. We will call you when your order is available for collection.
*Please note – Lawn Tractors or larger items of machinery will take slightly to prepare and may not be available within 48 hours.
We will always aim to deliver products as near to our estimated times as possible. Should we be unable to deliver items within 14 days of your order, we will inform you and offer you the option to cancel your order for full reimbursement.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are fully satisfied with everything you order from Hunt Forest Group. If you need to return any items from your order, please send the unused goods with their original labels, to the branch your order was collected or delivered from within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.
We can offer you an exchange or a full refund, providing the item is still in perfect condition with original tags attached. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF THE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED/WORN OR HAVE PASSED THE 14 DAY RETURN DATE.
We would be grateful if you could include your full name and a copy of the original invoice sent out with your returned goods.
If you require an exchange, these items will be available for collection or delivery once we have received the original items back to the original collection point. It would be helpful if you could communicate to our team which item(s) you would like to exchange as soon as possible.
We are unable to reimburse any ‘return’ delivery charges unless your goods have been returned due to faults.
As soon as we have received your return, we process a refund of your order value. Most refunds will be processed within 2-14 working days.
Your Legal Rights
Our refund policy is in addition to and does not affect any of your legal rights. For any queries about your online transaction, please contact your local branch.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept orders paid with a credit/debit card (VISA and MasterCard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. The VAT is charged at the VAT rate current in Mainland UK.
Promotions:
Hunt Forest Group reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend any promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
If you register via the Hunt Forest Group Online Shop and sign-up for our Newsletter, you will receive information and offers from the Online Shop on a regular basis.
Credit card fees
Credit card payments may result in additional fees from your credit card company. We accept no responsibility for any additional fees.
