MEET LAUREN – OUR NEW PARTS ADVISOR AT HFG CHILBOLTON

We’re excited to welcome Lauren Flitter to the team at HFG Chilbolton, where she’s recently joined us as a Parts Advisor. While she’s still getting to grips with the vast range of agricultural, turf, and garden machinery we deal with, Lauren was kind enough to spare five minutes to share how she’s settling in.

So Lauren, how are you finding it here at HFG so far?

“So far, I’m loving it. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I definitely made the right decision. The team have been so lovely and patient with me—everything’s completely new, so there’s a lot to learn! But I’m up for the challenge and excited to keep growing into the role.”

What attracted you to the Parts Advisor position?

“The opportunity for a complete career change. I’ve come from the equine world and wanted to try something new while still working in a countryside environment. I love a challenge, and this seemed like a great opportunity to dive into something different. The potential for progression really stood out to me too—it’s a big plus.”
