ViO80-1
ViO80-1
A powerhouse of technology and innovation, the ViO80-1 offers the performance of a large excavator along with the benefits of a compact excavator. Particularly suited for work in urban areas, it can operate with confidence and efficiency along walls and in confined spaces where other machines in its weight class cannot go, yet still provides all-day comfort for operators. The Yanmar VICTAS® system helps ensure stability, while improved hydraulics and electronic engine controls deliver precision performance.

Compactness
The ViO80-1 is a true zero tail swing midi excavator, with neither the counterweight nor the front part of the upper frame projecting beyond the track width. Even in confined spaces it delivers a smooth swing and can operate efficiently along walls, it’s rear-swing radius measuring just 1,135mm. With the rear blind spot reduced to a minimum and an array of safety features, it ensures that both the operator and other on-site workers can do their job without worrying about their safety.
Ergonomic Cabin
The interior is both spacious and welcoming, designed to deliver more productivity and less fatigue. Particular care has been paid to operator comfort, and the air-suspended seat with headrest offers exceptional comfort for a machine of this class. There are adjustable wrist supports, while the wide travel pedals and hydraulic control levers are fluid and easy to use. In addition, the control levers offer exceptional movement precision, a real boon over long days on challenging work sites.
Maximum Stability
The ViO80-1 is equipped with the exclusive VICTAS® system. The strength of this lies in the increase of the support surface and the increase in the tracking through the use of asymmetric crawlers. Developed by Yanmar, this system reduces track degradation, makes displacements quieter and reduces vibration. Associated with the use of a large counterweight and excellent weight distribution, it provides the same or even higher stability than conventional machines in the same weight class, as well as remarkable lifting capacities.

2-Piece Articulated Boom
The ViO80-2PB is equipped with a single top-mounted articulation cylinder which offers numerous advantages, not least a halving of the total cost of ownership. The cylinder rod is totally protected against damage, while the compact design with minimal hydraulic components results in the best visibility in its class, while also greatly reducing daily maintenance requirements. In addition, a 50% reduction in dead weight improves stability. The machine therefore offers outstanding break-out force as well. This particular cylinder position and orientation allows for faster boom lifting and slower lowering, important for accurate positioning of loads.
Electronic Engine Controls
An electronic control unit manages the rpm according to the torque, optimising engine load, saving fuel and increasing productivity. In addition, numerous advanced features come as standard. These include an auto-deceleration system that switches the engine to idle if the operator doesn’t touch the operating levers for four seconds. There’s also an eco-mode feature, which effectively controls the engine speed, delivering even lower fuel consumption and reducing operating costs. It’s particularly effective in low-power and low speed of movement situations.
Ease of Use
Standard equipment on the ViO80-2PB includes two auxiliary hydraulic circuit lines. Operation is via a proportional control function located on the joystick which adapts the flow levels and direction. The circuit also has an easy-to-operate potentiometer, which adjusts the oil flow to the optimal requirement for each and every attachment. Parts are all quickly accessible via five hoods or openings. This ensures easy daily maintenance and also reduces inspection time.
SV100-2
SV100-2
A winning blend of technology and innovation, the SV100-2 offers the performance of a large excavator while maintaining the benefits of a compact excavator. Designed to work effectively on a wide variety of sites, it combines compactness, power, versatility, comfort and reliability. The powerful engine comes with an electronic control unit, while improved hydraulics deliver ultra-smooth performance. There are also numerous standard features to make life easier for the operator, as well as simple to maintain.
Operating Weight: 9625kg

Large Excavator Features In Compact Format
The breakout forces of 68.5 kN at the bucket and 45.8 kN at the boom are exceptional for a 10-ton class excavator with a very short tail swing. With a digging depth of 4,570 mm (3,870 mm for vertical walls) and excellent traction force, they allow the SV100-2 to deliver high productivity day after day. That’s even on major projects such as laying pipes, as well as grading, demolition, excavation and clearing operations across large areas.
Accuracy And Versatility
Standard equipment on the SV100-2 includes two auxiliary circuits with proportional control via a joystick, plus adjustment using potentiometers. The proportional control adapts the flow of oil to the use and the needs of each attachment, as well as the task in hand. The operator thus has perfect control of all accessories. These include quick couplers, swing buckets, ditch-cleaning buckets, symmetrical buckets, brush cutters and hydraulic hammers. All of these match the international safety standards required.
Improved Hydraulics
The ViPPS hydraulic system has a configuration of one double, variable displacement, piston pump and two gear pumps. These three main pumps deliver a maximum flow of 208.6 l/min, available for main machine operating movements. Pump flows in the ViPPS system are cumulated in the main control valves to obtain the optimal combination in terms of speed, power, smoothness and balance. The system thereby ensures smooth and simultaneous performance of all operations, even while travelling.
SV100-2PB
SV100-2PB
Designed to work effectively on a wide variety of sites, the SV100-2PB combines power, versatility, manoeuvrability, comfort and reliability with surprising compactness. It also offers easy maintenance, a two-piece articulated boom, normally only seen on heavy excavators, greatly facilitates lifting, moving and placing loads, with lifting capacity increased by 45% in some instances. A single top-mounted articulation cylinder offers total protection and divides dead weight by half, as well as greatly reducing total cost of ownership.

Single Top-Mounted Cylinder
We decided to use a single top-mounted articulation cylinder as this offers significant benefits, including total protection of the cylinder rod against damage. Dead weight is also divided by 50%, adding to overall stability. Daily maintenance needs and total cost of ownership are significantly reduced as well. This design also means it’s possible to use a slimline structure, which results in the best possible visibility in the market with this configuration. There are even operator comfort and safety benefits, thanks to the precise operation with proportional control delivered via the left joystick.
Accuracy And Versatility
Standard equipment on this machine includes two auxiliary circuits with joystick-operated proportional control, plus adjustment using potentiometers. The proportional control adapts the flow of oil to the use and the needs of each attachment and task. This helps give the operator perfect control of all accessories, including hydraulic and manual quick couplers, swing buckets, ditch-cleaning buckets, symmetrical buckets, brush cutters and hydraulic hammers. All of these meet or exceed international safety standards.
Exceptional Stability And Lifting Force
The SV100-2PB is equipped with the VICTAS® system wherein the strength lies in the increase of the support surface and tracking through the use of asymmetric crawlers. This system, patented by Yanmar, reduces track degradation, makes displacements quieter and reduces vibration, making life easier for operators and increasing durability.
